Delete your Fitness Pace account

Last updated: September 25, 2026 · Fitness Pace is operated by Levi Co.

You can delete your Fitness Pace account and the personal data linked to it at any time. Use the app if you can sign in. If you can’t, send us a request by email.

Have Fitness Pace Pro? Cancel it first

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future charges:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Fitness Pace and tap Cancel subscription.

In the app

  1. Open Fitness Pace and sign in.
  2. Tap Settings (the gear at the top of the screen).
  3. Find the Delete account and data section and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm with Delete everything.

Your account is deleted right away and you’re signed out.

By email

If you can’t use the app, email us from the address on your Fitness Pace account. If you signed in with Google, use that Google email address.

Email support

Use the subject “Delete my Fitness Pace account”. We’ll confirm the request came from the account’s email address, delete the account, and reply when it’s done. We will never ask for your password.

What we delete

  • Your account: email, display name, password hash, Google sign-in link, and sessions.
  • Profile, goals, body measurements, weight entries, and check-ins.
  • Workouts, routines, plans, and training history.
  • Food logs, meal plans, and calorie and macro targets.
  • PACE conversations, attachments, and coaching history.
  • Progress photos. Stored files are removed through a deletion queue that retries until it succeeds.
  • Community posts, comments, and reactions.
  • Buddy profile, requests, connections, chats, and ID age-review records.
  • Activity imported from Health Connect, notification tokens, and saved gyms.

What we keep

  • Safety records that hold only a category and a feature name, never message text, with no link to you.
  • Moderation reports, without the link to your deleted account.
  • App analytics events, without the link to your deleted account.
  • Copies of routines you shared that other members saved, without your name.
  • Encrypted backups kept by our hosting provider may contain your data until those backups expire.
  • Google keeps its own records of Google Play purchases.
  • Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Delete some data but keep your account

You can remove individual items in the app, such as progress photos, community posts, and PACE attachments. For anything else, email support and tell us what you’d like removed.

More detail is in the Fitness Pace privacy policy.
